q. I am attending a music festival in the near future. How do I connect to WiFi when I am there?
a. Get in touch with your festival management and make sure that they organise for us to be at the event!
q. I have purchased a WiFi voucher prior to attending the event, how do I use it?
a. When you arrive onsite, connect to the WiFi network with the name of the event. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your WiFi voucher. You will be able to use the WiFi internet thoughtout the duration of the event.
q. Can I purchase WiFi connectivity after I had arrived to the festival location?
a. We always encourage you to purchase WiFi vouchers prior to attending the event. We try to ensure that network capacity exceeds the number of WiFi vouchers sold. Depending on the network utilisation, we will allow further connection vouchers to be sold. You will be able to buy a voucher by entering a credit card at the time of connecting to the WiFi network, or at the Happy Networks booth.
q. Are there any limitations on the use of the service?
a. Everyone who has purchased WiFi connectivity at an event will be able to use it any time throughout the event. We will endevour to ensure that all areas of the event are covered. There are no download limists. In some cases where bandwidth is limited, we will put a cap on doanload speeds. However, we will ensure that there is enough dandwidth to make video calls, send texts etc.
